6.15.2017 – Who’s with us? Liberty marks June 30 as decision day for interested partners.

With plans to operate in seven states by the end of 2017, Liberty Mobility Now (Liberty) is accepting applications for new launch sites in the US and beyond. Liberty is breaking through transportation barriers that have plagued rural communities for decades in a matter of weeks with its innovative Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) model. The company is requesting proposals by June 30th from any organization interested in bringing Liberty’s ridesharing service to its area before 2019. Read more…

 
6.14.2017 – Liberty Mobility Now launches in Saline County

Liberty Mobility Now (Liberty) is excited to announce that it will begin operations in Saline County in June.

Liberty provides Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), a new transportation product that includes ride-sharing with independently-contracted drivers. Liberty also seeks to partner with existing transit options, and offers the ability to book a ride via its call center in addition to the smartphone app. Liberty is also developing an Enterprise Portal for organizations like hospitals or businesses to book a high volume of rides for patients or employees. 5. 31. 2017 – Liberty Mobility Now hires Kate Schramm as Yankton Area Mobility Manager

Today, Liberty Mobility Now (Liberty) announces the hire of Kate Schramm as the Area Mobility Manager of the Yankton, South Dakota region. Schramm, a Yankton native, will work to implement Liberty’s Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) model throughout Yankton County, which includes the first ride-sharing service in the state. Read more…

 

5. 10. 2017 – Liberty Mobility Now begins operation in Athens County; hires Whitaker as Mobility Manager to serve southeast Ohio

Today, Liberty Mobility Now (Liberty) is pleased to announce it will begin operations in Athens County, Ohio on June 1. Liberty has partnered with the Ohio University Innovation Center and multiple departments at Ohio University to further develop its technology and optimize its business model. Additionally, Liberty has hired Ohio University and Ohio State University alumnus Bret Whitaker as the Area Mobility Manager of the Southeast Ohio region. Read more…

 

4. 29. 2017 – Liberty Mobility Now, AAA 3 partner to offer free rides in May

In celebration of Older Americans Month, which will begin May 1, the Area Agency on Aging 3 (AAA 3) will be teaming up with Liberty Mobility Now, the new ride-sharing service in Van Wert County, to offer up to $1,000 worth of free rides (limit one ride per customer) to all Van Wert County residents who are aged 60+ throughout the entire month. 4. 21. 2017 – Liberty Mobility Announces Launch in Yankton, South Dakota

Today, Liberty Mobility Now (Liberty) is excited to announce that the company will officially begin operating in Yankton, South Dakota and its surrounding areas in July 2017.

Liberty Mobility Now is excited to announce the hire of Ms. Jann Rouzee as its Regional Mobility Manager for western Nebraska. From her Scottsbluff-based position, Rouzee will lead Liberty’s efforts to improve rural and small urban transportation in the Panhandle region by working with local governments, community organizations, non-profits, medical institutions and rural businesses.
